About this project:

This homeowner wanted to add open living space to the rear of their detached property.

The single-storey extension is finished in grey through-colour render with a flat roof hidden behind a clean parapet detail — giving it a contemporary look that sits in contrast to the original house. Full-width 4-panel anthracite grey bi-fold doors open onto a landscaped garden with planted borders and a gravel surround.

Falling within Permitted Development — a Certificate of Lawfulness was obtained, giving the client a formal legal record of compliance.
